Refund policy

At bpbsbuy.com, we stand behind the quality of our embroidered patches. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work:  

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Accepted Reasons: 
- Defective/damaged product  
- Wrong item shipped  
- Change of mind (unopened/unused items only)  

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom/personalized patches  
- Items damaged due to improper use  
- Clearance/sale items (unless defective)  

2. Return Timeframe
- Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery date  
- Defective Items: 30 days from delivery date  

3. Return Process 
Step 1: Contact us at support@bpbsbuy.com with:  
- Your order number  
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)  

Step 2:  We’ll email you:  
- Return instructions  
- A prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)  
- Or the return address (for change of mind)  

Step 3: Ship back unused/unopened items in original packaging.  

4. Refund Methods & Timing 
- Refund Amount: Original purchase price (minus shipping unless defective)  
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return  
- How You’ll Get It: original payment method (PayPal, credit card)  

5. Exchanges
- We currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges)  
- To get a replacement, place a new order after your return is processed  

6. Non-Returnable Situations 
- No proof of purchase  
- Items used, washed, or altered  
- Lost in transit (see Shipping Policy for claims)  

7. Special Notes
International Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective  
Wrong Address Issues: No refund if package is lost due to incorrect shipping info
