Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

- Delays may occur during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events).

3. Tracking Information
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.  
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.  

4. Customs & Import Fees
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.  
- bpbsbuy.com does not cover these charges or refund orders due to customs delays.  

5. Lost or Stolen Packages  
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@bpbsbuy.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.  
- We will file a claim with the carrier and reship or refund as applicable.  

6. Address Accuracy  
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot redirect packages after shipment.  
- Incorrect addresses may result in additional reshipping fees.  

7. Returns & Undeliverable Packages
- Undeliverable packages (due to wrong address or unclaimed customs) will be refunded minus shipping costs.
